如何在應用程式內刪除帳號

您可以隨時在應用程式內自助刪除帳號，無需聯絡客服：

  1. 開啟「飛星風水」App
  2. 點選底部導覽列最右側的「帳號」
  3. 滑至頁面最底部，點選「刪除帳號」
  4. 確認刪除即可
注意：刪除後將無法復原。
帳號刪除後，以下資料將立即從我們的伺服器永久移除，且無法復原：
  • 您的帳號資訊（登入身分、方案等級與訂閱狀態欄位）
  • 所有飛星盤分析記錄與房間標記
  • 您透過「問題反饋」送出的訊息與回覆記錄

訂閱請另行取消

刪除帳號不會自動取消您在 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱。請另外前往 iOS「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目」或 Google Play 的「訂閱」頁面取消，以免持續扣款。

資料保留說明

Firebase Authentication 的登入憑證、Firestore 中的使用者文件、分析記錄與反饋內容均於刪除當下一併清除，我們不會另行保留備份。

下列資料不在我們的控制範圍內：Firebase Crashlytics 的匿名當機記錄（依其政策通常最長保留 90 天，不含可識別您身分的資訊），以及 Apple、Google、RevenueCat 為稅務與帳務目的保留的交易記錄。詳見隱私政策。

How to Delete Your Account In-App

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app — no need to contact support:

  1. Open the Feng Shui Stars app
  2. Tap the Account tab at the bottom right
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
The following data will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately:
  • Your account information (identity, tier and subscription status fields)
  • All Feng Shui chart analysis records and room labels
  • Any messages and replies from the in-app feedback feature

Cancel Your Subscription Separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately under iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or the Subscriptions page in Google Play, to avoid further charges.

Data Retention

Your Firebase Authentication credentials, Firestore user document, analysis records, and feedback submissions are all permanently removed at the time of deletion, and we keep no separate backup.

The following are outside our control: anonymous crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics (typically retained up to 90 days under its policy, containing no information identifying you), and transaction records retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for tax and accounting purposes.
